17th Oct 2018Ofsted have judged that Brookwood Primary School has outstanding Early Years provision, outstanding behaviour and outstanding support for children’s personal development and welfare, following a two day inspection at the start of September 2018.
The school received an overall judgement of good, with the inspection team particularly noting the “skilful teaching" and "interesting and varied curriculum" which "successfully stimulates pupils' learning".
Inspectors commented on the rapid progress that children in the school’s reception class make, and the impeccable behaviour of all children across the school.
Jo Green, Headteacher, said: “I am thrilled that this report endorses the fantastic work which happens at Brookwood Primary School every day. The judgements are testament to the commitment and dedication of our staff, the support of our parents and local community, and the enthusiasm of our children.”
